Bakery

We bake our bread, pastries and cakes here, fresh every day, using organic Danish flour from Kornby Mølle, Bornholm's Valsemølle and Aurion.

We specialise in sourdough bread, rugbrød and a selection of pastries made with our croissant dough. Our doughs rise slowly at cold temperatures and we use a variation of whole and ancient grains to maximise flavour, nutrition, and keeping quality.

To order bread, pastries or cakes in advance, please send an email to info@kasada.dk or call us on +45 93409366. For large orders, please order 48 hours in advance to guarantee that the order can be met.

We also bake our own gluten free bread every Wednesday. Contact us to reserve your loaf and be sure you don’t miss out!
